The item is new in original case. The carry case is vinyl and the interior foam with cutouts to hold kit pieces. There is an extra added bag of cable connectors. The small instruction brochure is packed with info, but a trained service person would know what to do all of this.

The two test units have not been tested, but they do appear to used in any way.
